    See what your occupation pays in your area, from U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics data, with the year and the area named. It's a range, not a single number.

    Practice the conversation with an AI coach that plays your manager, and get help rewriting your script. Each purchase includes 20 script rewrites and 10 rehearsal sessions. The coach sends the details you choose to our AI provider, and only after you agree.

The plan counts back from the date of your conversation, with reminders only for the dates you choose. Afterward, you get a follow-up message for whatever your manager says.
